Patient Experience Survey 13-24 Feb 2023

For the next two weeks our practice will be participating in the “Patient Experience Survey”.This is an online survey that is designed to help general practices understand their patients’ recent healthcare experience. The information will be used to improve the quality of service delivery and patient safety. If you are aged 15 years and older and visit us during the next two weeks you may receive an email inviting you to participate in this online survey. Participating is optional but your feedback is useful to us.
