Test Results

How do we inform patients of Test Results?

** Patients will be notified of any clinically significant results as soon as possible. **

Please note WE DO NOT NOTIFY PATIENTS WHEN RESULTS ARE NORMAL.

However patients are advised that you can:

  • Call the nurse to obtain results
  • View the results via MyIndici Patient Portal. We recommend you register for this Patient Portal. Please speak to reception about registering for this
  • Request a copy of the results to be emailed to you

In order to remain contactable it is important to notify the Practice of any change of:

  • address
  • phone number
  • email address

Patients on the MyIndici Patient Portal can use the app to notify us of any change in details. (Click ‘My Profile’-> ‘Update Profile’ -> update your contact details -> then click ‘Save’)
