It’s a new year and a fresh opportunity to focus on your health and wellbeing goals, especially around smoking cessation.
We are partnering with Te Hā Waitaha to host a Smokefree Mobile Clinic in our carpark on Tuesday 3 February, between 10am–2pm. You can drop in at any time between those hours.
Come along to:
• Have your carbon monoxide levels tested with a Smokerlyzer breath test.
• Receive free patches, gum, and lozenges to help you begin your smokefree journey.
• Discuss smokefree action plans (including how to stop vaping).
• Access ongoing support from a Smokefree Practitioner.
As always, Doctors on Riccarton is here to support you in making lifestyle changes that can have a big impact on your health — and your family’s / whānau’s — now and into the future.
If you can’t attend the clinic, our Health Coaches Emma and Anna offer free 30‑minute consults (phone or in‑person) for smoking and vaping cessation. To book, call 03 348 8989 or use the patient portal.
If you have any questions, please talk to your doctor, nurse, or any DOR staff member.
