If it is urgent but not life-threatening, and we are not able to offer you the same-day appointment or if we are closed, you can make a video appointment at Emergency Consult.

Emergency Consult is a 24-hour telehealth service. Their Doctors (Emergency Medicine Specialists) and Registered Nurses see and treat patients on-demand via web-based video chat. They provide rapid medical care direct to anyone in New Zealand as well as supporting a range of healthcare providers.
